We collect textiles from trusted partners: collection organisations, charities, brands looking to valorise unsold stock, and textile recycling actors. This diversity of sources ensures a continuous and varied flow of garments ready to be repurposed.
In our processing centres in France and the UAE, each garment is manually sorted by qualified operators. Condition, seasonality, material and type are carefully assessed to direct each item to the most suitable channel: resale, reuse, recycling or transformation.
Garments are grouped into homogeneous lots according to our clients' needs. Weight, quality, product type, season… everything is customisable. We ensure optimal packaging (bale, bag, pallet) to simplify logistics and secure transport.
Hersand handles the entire export process: lot preparation, transport organisation, customs formalities and tracking to the destination port. Thanks to our experienced logistics team, we guarantee clients a fast, safe and transparent service in over 30 countries.
